Question:

Are seminar sessions ever canceled due to inclement weather?

Answer:
Yes, unfortunately, it is sometimes necessary to cancel seminars due to inclement weather. If weather is questionable, please check your email the morning of the seminar before you leave home. We send cancellation notices to both your school and alternate email addresses. Cancellation notices will also be posted online at http://pdtechu.sqooltechs.com .

How do I obtain verification of my attendance?

Answer:
All attendees will receive a printable, personalized certificate of attendance at the end of the seminar session which may be used to verify attendance.

How do I register for a SqoolTechs seminar session?

Please register online at http://pdtechu.sqooltechs.com . You will have an opportunity to register for one or more sessions with the same form. Group registration are available.

Question:

I am not able to attend the seminar. Would I be able to purchase access to the online resources without attending the seminar?

We are sorry, but the online resources are only available for seminar attendees.
Question:

I would like to receive graduate credit. What do I need to do?

Answer:

Graduate elective credit is offered through Lindenwood University with an additional fee of $60.00 per credit hour.  In order to earn graduate credit, you will need to attend the entire seminar, as well as complete a final project.

There is no need to sign up or pay university fees in advance of the seminar. Registration forms and full details regarding graduate credit will be available at the seminar.

Question:

May another person substitute for me?

Answer:
Yes, a substitution may be made at any time prior to the beginning of the seminar. If you know prior to the day of the seminar, please send and email to admin@sqooltechs.com so that we can make the necessary changes.  If the substitution must be made at the last minute, please have your substitute let us know when he or she checks in at the registration table the morning of the seminar.

May I audiotape or videotape the seminar?

Answer:
No, we cannot give permission to audiotape or videotape seminars due to copyright restrictions. However, you will have online access to the seminars resources both during and after the session.
Question:

May I register with a purchase order?

Answer:
Yes, you may register with a purchase order. Please enter the purchase order number on the registration form and print the invoice when registration is complete. Payment is should be made prior to the seminar.

Question:

What should I do if I need to cancel my registration?

Answer:
100% of your paid registration fee will be refunded if you can't attend and if you notify us at least 10 days before the seminar or conference. Late cancellations will be refunded less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
