Who needs an expensive productivity suite installed on their computer when there's Google Docs? Did you know that you could use the basic abilities of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel in an online collaborative environment? Are you interested in using a variety of online tools to foster collaboration, student publishing, and assessment through the use of documents, presentations, spreadsheets, forms, surveys, quizzes, and questionnaires? Attend this session, presented by a Google Certified Teacher, who will demonstrate how Google Docs can support learning 24/7. All participants must have a Google Account and/or Gmail.
Graduate credit requirements:
Participants who wish to earn one-hour of graduate credit will create a lesson plan that utilizes Google Docs.
Participants may register for graduate credit the day of the seminar. There is an additional charge. Payment must be made by check on the day of the session.
